Government Hamburgers

Health Plans basically serve the same thing.  Have it your way with Medicare, Medicaid, or ACA.  It's still the same burger.  I have seen MCOs/health plans and home health agencies lose customers, sanctioned on surveys, and lose on RFPs because of risk factors criterion.  Mismanagement of a product happens because lack of understanding the essentials or just satisfying a share holder.  Understanding the customer allows you to serve the hamburger on a golden platter for acquisition, retention, and program compliance.
