Social Marketing
Waiver & Home Health Marketing
Well versed with Texas Medicaid waivers programs to include: SP3, HCBS-AMH, ICFs, LIDDAs, LMHAs, and Home Health providers. I have provided marketing presentations for above providers with ACA, Medicaid, and Medicare coverages.
Social Marketing
I have created niche virtual marketing events with partner organizations. I partnered with Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas to create a statewide presentation on loneliness during COVID 2020. Other notable virtual community events include The University of Texas - Texas Center for Disability Studies on virtual job fairs and panel discussion to include area employers such as H-E-B and McLane Company utilizing TEAMS, Zoom, and other platforms. This is a good opportunity for exclusive marketing.
Conference & Trade Marketing
I have participated in numerous of expo and conferences throughout Texas. Most conference are healthcare related conferences. Public speaking to attendees is a must with sponsorship. Events give me an opportunity to gauge business climate, competitors, and access to our customers whether members, providers, or partners. It allows for partnering with other organizations and branding.
Demand Generation
My experience with demand generation is with Harte-Hanks, a marketing company whose clients included RSM McGladrey for attestation, tax, and audit services. Duties included cold calling, email campaign design, landing page, and a/b testing.
Coalition Marketing
I have created coalitions and chaired collaboratives groups specifically for marketing purposes. Age Well Live Well is an HHSC initiative and I chaired a local chapter to include area community based partners to create marketing events for self-promotion. Another coalitions include the Rodeo de Salud, where I had to partner with competitor health plans to serve a specific population for state compliance mandates. Some of these tactics are good for exclusive marketing.
Generational Marketing
Communication and expectations towards generations differ between segments. Keep in mind of generations' many behaviors that include common language, attention span, digital native, understanding of certain concepts, loyalty, values, customer service level, purchasing power, experience as an entertainment, politics, rural vs urban, brand & life style affiliation, physical recreation, hobbies, social media platform preference, ESG, etc. I have created ads to different generations to include disability and aging vs. expectant mothers populations.
